Our services include design and construction administration for all types of heavy civil infrastructure projects, including improvements for transportation, wastewater, domestic water, storm drain, and irrigation systems.  We provide these design services for a broad range of clients including public agencies, private individuals, and large corporations.  The diverse markets that we serve include public works, land development, and agriculture, to name just a few.

Development


The land development market sector is one that requires significant infrastructure design and construction.  In addition to the infrastructure services required, most land development projects in California require entitlement services to acquire necessary agency approvals prior to design and construction.  In addition to our infrastructure design services we offer entitlement services to assist our clients in obtaining those required agency approvals.   
Agriculture


As California's agricultural industries have become larger, more complex, and more highly regulated, Sousa Engineering has evolved with those industries to provide design and consulting services to meet their infrastructure and compliance needs.  Our agricultural services include infrastructure design for irrigation systems; wastewater containment and conveyance systems; waste management; and nutrient management.  We also provide the necessary entitlement services for agricultural projects that are becoming more common with increasing regulation of the agricultural sector.
